I have always been very happy with the service I have gotten from the Quick Lane. But today I called to get a full detail job on my F150 and they told me they were too busy with trades they would not take a customer's vehicle. Maybe I should find a dealer that can take care of all my needs.
My recent purchase from David Perez has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. The employees at Colwell seemed really laid back and I felt no pressure at all while messaging through email or when I came to visit. Got my car right in for service. They gave me a loaner. All the employees are super nice.
We are from out of town and our car wouldn't start. We had it towed to Bill Colwell. When they went to look at my car it started right up. They ran diagnostics and came up empty. Even though they couldn't find the problem (I'm pretty sure it was just a fluke since it is working fine now) they didn't nickel and dime me for all the tests like most repair shops would have. Would definitely recommend and go back if I lived in the area.
Truck was Miss firing 2 weeks ago and brought truck up and had them hook it up to code reader. Found that number 4 ignition coil was bad. So I took it home and replaced it. Then it started acting up again after two days. So I scheduled and appointment and dropped the truck off the night before. The next day they found that the number 2 or 3 plug was Miss firing. They replaced it and so far is working fine. They also fixed the rear brakes that started sticking. Overall I was pleased with the service I received. The only thing I find I would change is the recommendation on the service order. They recommend replacing all the plugs. I wish they had called me letting me know on Friday since they had the truck all day.. I would have had it done. But didn't know until Saturday when I picked the vehicle up. You have a terrific team at Bill Colwell Ford. Thanks for all you do!
