I have tried calling this vet for help a couple times, and they were so disinterested and curt about things that I don't think I will ever take a pet there. If you want a cheap rural vet, go to La Porte. The advice Hudson gave me killed my kittens. I felt really brushed off. Maybe the lady who answers the phone is the real problem, I don't know, but I will never recommend this vet to anyone after my experience. Maybe they keep costs low, maybe they're a lot cheaper than the vets in Cedar Falls/Waterloo, but they really don't seem to care about animals. My friend got bad advice from them too, and she ended up with a dead cat as well.
